Communicator and Project Manager at Friends
Friends is now looking for a communicator and project manager who wants to make a difference for children's safety. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with production and help strengthen Friends as the driving force against bullying.
We are looking for you
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, driving processes forward, and can deliver sharp texts and well-thought-out content. You are confident in providing advice on communication issues, experienced in collaboration, and good at adapting messages to different target groups and channels.
You have an education in PR/communication, journalism, marketing, or equivalent, as well as at least five years of experience in communication work. You are an experienced requester and have previous budget responsibility. In this role, we are particularly looking for someone who has worked with schools and/or in educational issues and has experience in communication aimed at creating social change.
You have experience in content creation and marketing, as well as good IT skills, including editing tools and/or CRM systems.
Examples of job responsibilities
- Project manage communication projects – internally and with external suppliers
- Generate ideas, plan, and produce content – primarily text, but also other outputs if necessary (e.g., still and moving images)
- Collaborate and follow up with our target groups to adapt our efforts
- Work strategically to develop and strengthen Friends' communication related to the organization's content
